1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Services Provided
Tranzivo Logistics provides truck dispatching services including load finding, negotiation, and paperwork processing. We act as an independent contractor on behalf of the carrier.
3. Carrier Responsibilities
The carrier agrees to maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required by law to operate their commercial vehicles. The carrier is solely responsible for compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
4. Payment and Fees
Our dispatch fee is agreed upon in the separate Dispatch Agreement signed by both parties. Fees are deducted or invoiced per the terms outlined in that agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tranzivo Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
