Effective Date: July 4, 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Tranzivo Logistics mobile text messaging program (the "Program"). By providing your phone number and opting into the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt-in to our SMS communications.
1. Program Description
Tranzivo Logistics offers a mobile text messaging program to communicate transactional and promotional information with owner-operators, carriers, and prospective clients. Messages sent through this Program may include:
- Load booking confirmations and updates
- Rate negotiation status notifications
- Dispatch assignment alerts
- Paperwork and documentation reminders
- Promotional service announcements
- General business communications related to your dispatch services
Tranzivo Logistics is a truck dispatching service. Participation in this SMS Program is entirely voluntary and separate from any service agreement.
2. How to Opt-In
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Tranzivo Logistics by:
- Providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form, or
- Texting a designated keyword to our SMS number as directed on our website or marketing materials.
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Tranzivo Logistics at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active dispatch requests, interactions with our dispatchers, and your stage in the onboarding or service process. You may receive multiple messages per week during active dispatch periods.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details about your specific plan. Tranzivo Logistics is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.
5. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You may cancel your enrollment in the SMS Program at any time. To opt-out, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After receiving your STOP request, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Tranzivo Logistics unless you re-enroll.
Note: Opting out of SMS communications does not cancel any existing dispatch service agreement you may have with us.
6. Help and Support
If you experience any issues with the SMS Program or need assistance, you may:
- Reply HELP to any text message you receive from us for immediate instructions, or
- Contact us directly at info@tranzivologistics.com, or
- Use the contact form on our website.
7. Privacy and Data Use
We are committed to protecting your mobile privacy. Your phone number and SMS consent data are used solely to send you messages within this Program. Mobile information, including phone numbers and originator opt-in consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Please review our full SMS Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
